  1. This looks good! Consider getting a little more specific. For instance, what exactly does "formal" mean in relation to language? How is it used? Along with visual aspects, consider font size. Are all letterings generally the same size on cover letters? Also, unlike some other genres, paragraphs themselves are pretty content specific. For instance, the first paragraph may include some references to the job the person is applying to, the middle may include why that person is qualified, and the end will have some sign off like "I look forward to hearing from you"
